PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce component costs and to reduce the area occupied by a substrate by performing analog/digital (A/D) conversion using one A/D converter, even when frequencies of input signals spread over a wide range. SOLUTION: One A/D converter is selected according to a signal that requires the highest sampling frequency in a plurality of kinds of signals to be A/D converted. When A/D converting a signal that requires a sampling frequency lower than an operating frequency of the A/D converter is A/D converted, oversampling is performed by generating an n-times ((n) is a natural number) sampling clock.
