PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate valve which can accurately control a minute flow rate of a fluid in spite of its simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: A valve body 5 for making the fluid F flow at a constant flow rate is made of a sintered alloy and is configured such that the valve body 5 has a surface W machined by cutting and a non-machined surface NW, and the fluid F passes the valve body 5 through the non-machined surface NW. The valve body 5 is formed as a stepped cylindrical body having a barrel portion 8 having a large diameter and a first projecting portion 9 which has a diameter smaller than the barrel portion 8 and is located on one end face 8b of the barrel portion 8 so as to be concentric with the barrel portion 8. The valve body 5 is pushed against a valve seat surface 17 in a fluid passage 11 by means of a compression spring 13 mounted over the stepped portion between the barrel portion 8 and the first projecting portion 9 and a spring supporting seat 12 provided in the fluid passage 11.
