PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately take a picture by irradiating a photographed object by lighting equipment without viewing a finder nor a monitor. SOLUTION: This apparatus is configured to determine a photographic angle and enable photography by mounting a flashlight on a mobile telephone set 1 with a camera during a night journey or in darkness and irradiating 5 a photographic range 6 by its lighting. For camera photography, a photographed object is irradiated by lighting equipment mounted on a camera, an object to be photographed is irradiated by the lighting equipment mounted on the camera and the angle and composition of the camera are set equal; and the object to be photographed is lighted up while the zooming of the camera is associated with wide-angle and telephoto photography and photography can be performed only by confirming the lighting range.
