PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall structure in a dry construction method capable of annulling coincidence effect without remodeling and changing a wall body structure and improving sound isolation performance. SOLUTION: This partition wall structure W in the dry construction method has a structure constituted by bonding board building materials 10, 12 forming a wall face by vibration control adhesive 11. A composite material of the board building materials bonded mutually by the vibration control adhesive has vibration control characteristic having coefficient of loss of 0.1 or more, coincidence effect is suppressed, and sound insulation and isolation performance of a wall body is improved. As for the vibration control adhesive, amount of application is set to 200 to 1,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and viscosity is set to 10 to 500 Pas. It has hardened physical property having specific gravity of 0.95 to 1.2, modulus of elasticity of 2 to 100 MPa, and elongation percentage of 200 to 1,500%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
