PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting positional accuracy and workability of an eaves body. SOLUTION: An upper fixture 5 has a suspension arm fixing part 51 projecting outside from an external wall 8 and is fixed to a building skeleton K, a suspension art 3 is fixed on the fixing part 51. A lower fixture 6 has a bolt shaft 61 penetrating through the external wall 8 and a horizontal member 4, is fixed to the skeleton K and fastens the horizontal member 4 from the outside of the bolt shaft 61 by means of a nut 62. The sealer 7 has an upper fixture sealing portion 71 having a marking portion 74 and a prepared hole 75 to be screwed for the upper fixture 5, a lower fixture sealing portion 72 having the marking portion 74 and screw prepared hole 76 to be screwed for the lower fixture and a connection portion 73 connecting the upper and lower fixture sealing portions 71, 72.
