PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball mill pulverizer which can prevent the outflow of lumps even when a lump-outflow prevention net installed at the outlet of a ball mill body is removed. SOLUTION: This ball mill pulverizer is equipped with a ball mill body 1 the central axis of rotation of which is horizontal; a lump introduction pipe 2 installed in the direction along the central axis of rotation of the ball mill body 1; and a powder delivery pipe 3. In the powder delivery pipe 3, a guide 11 in a spiral shape is set on the inner wall. The spiral direction of the guide 11 is such one that lumps 5 are caused to flow backward to the side of the ball mill body 1 against the direction of rotation of the ball mill body 1.
