PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hospital infection by preventing scattering of the blood while conducting blood returning during dialysis or when drawing out a puncture needle. SOLUTION: The puncture needle is inserted into a cut hole artery side puncture needle inserting section 1 and is attached to a double-faced tape 6. In such a condition, the needle is fixed temporarily and scattering of the blood can be prevented credibly only by one staff.
