PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading/unloading vehicle to carry the load on a cage truck etc. easily locking the cage truck so as not to separate from the loading/unloading vehicle and locking certainly even if the cage truck is of low-lift truck type having a comparatively small elevating/sinking distance. SOLUTION: The loading/unloading vehicle is equipped with a load placing table 6 on which the load of the cage truck etc. is placed and a driving means 9 for elevation and sink of the load placing table 6, wherein the arrangement further includes a lock device 25 to work interlocking with the elevating/sinking motions of the load placing table 6 generated by the driving means 9 and fixing or releasing the load placed on the load placing table 6.
