<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element which has excellent durability and high reliability without malfunction of an apparatus since a desired displacement is not effectively changed even by continuously driving. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated piezoelectric element obtained by alternately laminating piezoelectric elements and electrodes, a metal composition in an internal electrode contains a group VIII metal and a group Ib metal as main ingredients, in such a manner that when the content of the group VIII metal in the electrode is M1 wt% and the content of the group Ib metal is M2 wt%, 0<M1≤15, 85≤M2<100, and M1+M2=100 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
