PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the size of an IC chip 10 by reducing the capacitance of a smoothing capacitor C2.

SOLUTION: A serial transistor T is provided to the output side of a diode D that rectifies the output voltage of an antenna A, and the smoothing capacitor C2 is connected to the base of the serial transistor T. The serial transistor T equivalently multiplies the capacitance of the smoothing capacitor C2 by its current amplification factor β.
