<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sealing performance between an opening part and a lid member and to prevent the looseness of a circuit substrate even if dimensional errors occur in either the approaching direction and the separating direction of the circuit substrate and the lid member in a motor with a constitution in which the opening part is closed with the lid member after storing the circuit substrate from the opening part of a gear housing. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit substrate 31 is inserted and stored into a substrate storage part 21b from the opening part 21a of the gear housing 21 along a guide groove 21c. The lid member 13 is assembled to the gear housing 21 so as to close the opening part 21a. The lid member 13 has a contact projecting part 13a for being brought into contact with the circuit substrate 31. The contact projecting part 13a has a slant face 13b inclined to the insertion direction of the circuit substrate 31 so as to oppose to the circuit substrate 31.
