<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily correct mismatching information in a medical image management system. <P>SOLUTION: A server 20 detects item information which is not matched with basic information DB 27, reads attached information stored in a mismatching folder 252 and displays it on a display part 23 in a form of a list. Patient information and inspection information, which correspond to inputted patient ID and inspection ID, are acquired from RIS as RIS information and they are displayed on the display part 23 as correction candidate information. Basic information, corresponding to patient ID and inspection ID, are similarly acquired from the basic information DB 27, and they are displayed as correction candidate information. Updated information, where mismatched item information is corrected, is created based on information selected by a manager among attached information, RIS information and basic information.
