<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chassis structure of electronic equipment constituted of a printed circuit board mounted with a connector and a case in which the printed circuit board is housed and a cover with high rigidity and excellent assembly property. <P>SOLUTION: This chassis structure of electronic equipment 100 is provided with a printed circuit board 1 mounted with an electronic component, a box-shaped case 20 having an opening 20h in which the printed circuit board 1 is housed, and an almost plane-shaped cover 3 covering an opening 20h of the case 20. The printed circuit board 1 is mounted with a connector 1c for connecting to the outside, and the front end face of the connector 1c is exposed through a hole 3h formed in the cover 3 to the outside of the cover 3, and at least a portion of an outer periphery 3g of the cover 3 is fit into the inside of the opening 20h of the case 20, and the opening 20h of the case 20 is covered.
