<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that light reflects against a guide rail to give glare to a driver when a vehicle runs on a road kept to the left where the guide rail is present at the left side of the road and the road is curved to the left. <P>SOLUTION: A turning angle of a vehicle at a starting time for outputting a lighting signal is set such that a right turning angle of a steering wheel when the vehicle turns right is 40°, and a left turning angle of the steering wheel is 60°when the vehicle turns left. As a result, a left side additional lamp 1L is lit only on a curved road where its radius of curved line is small. With this arrangement as above, even if the vehicle runs on the road where a guide rail is present at the left side on the road kept to the left in Japan, for example, the left side additional lamp 1L is lit only at a curved road having a small radius of curved line, so that it shows less possibility that light from the additional lamp reflects against the guide rail to give glare to a driver, and correspondingly the effect that possibility giving glare to the driver is reduced is accomplished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
