PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when adopting an electric heater or the like as an auxiliary heat source for instantaneous water heating, electric consumption is increased to increase running costs such as an electric bill. SOLUTION: This air conditioning and hot water supplying system has: a heat pump type air conditioner wherein an indoor unit 6 and an outdoor unit 1 are connected by a refrigerant pipe; a hot water unit 12 having a cistern tank 41, a circulation pump 39, a refrigerant-circulation water heat exchanger 31 heat-exchanging hot water heating circulation water and a refrigerant from the the outdoor unit, and circulation flow passages 34, 37 through which the circulation water flows, and circularly supplying the hot water heating circulation water heated by the refrigerant-circulation water heat exchanger to a heating terminal such as a floor heating panel 8; a hot water supply apparatus 2 supplying hot water to a hot water supply faucet 16 through a hot water supplying pipe 17; and instantaneous water heating function part heating hot water of the hot water supplying pipe near the hot water supply faucet and keeping it warm by the hot water heating circulation water heated by the hot water unit during operation of the hot water unit.
