PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for collecting an intracerebral substance, analyzing the collected intracerebral substance, and giving new knowledge regarding the plasticity of the brain and a neural network system. SOLUTION: The apparatus for collecting the intracerebral substance comprises a stimulus means for intending to give a stimulus to a nerve nucleus at the intracerebral upstream; and a means for collecting the intracerebral substance intended to be mounted to a plurality of nerve nuclei at the downstream existing in a stimulus propagation path for propagating a stimulus by the stimulus means. Additionally, a model mouse comprises a stimulus means for giving a stimulus to the nerve nucleus at the intracerebral upstream; and a means for collecting the intracerebral substance to be mounted to the plurality of nerve nuclei at the downstream existing in the stimulus propagation path for propagating a stimulus by the stimulus means.
