PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the resonance and vibration of a dehumidifying means of a humidity controller; and to improve the impact-resisting performance thereof. SOLUTION: This humidity controller is composed by holding a waveform convex part supporting an adsorbent on the surface of a corrugated panel-like resistance heater and by fixing a dehumidifying means 4 using a corrugate insulating member 5. Thereby, the dehumidifying means 4 is not moved by fixing the dehumidifying means 4 using the corrugate insulating member 5 even if the resonance, the vibration and the impact are added, and the fatigue, the destruction and the dropout can be prevented.
