PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of adjusting noise of an internal combustion engine during traveling to the noise to be transmitted in the device for transmitting the noise in an automobile mounted with the internal combustion engine capable of being structurally simply manufactured. SOLUTION: The device for the noise transmission device in the automobile mounted with the internal combustion engine includes a box body having the inside partitioned to an acoustics flow-in chamber and an acoustics flow-out chamber by a separation wall; and a vibration member laid/extended to both chambers of the box body. Further, an actuator for adjusting so as to change the vibration state of the vibration member is provided and affects to a constitution part of the device based on a function of an amount indicating the operation state of the internal combustion engine 2.
