PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning operation vehicle capable of improving handling efficiency of a component for the turning operation vehicle and specially improving the arrangement of pedals for operating an additional working machine. SOLUTION: In such a constitution that a traveling device K is placed in the lower part, a turning body F is placed in the upper part, a vertically rotatable working machine is placed on the turning body F, the additional working machine is attached to the working machine and that a step type PTO pedal P operating the additional working machine is placed, the PTO pedal P is constituted of a simple operating pedal 11 and a double operating pedal 12 fitted to the circumference of the simple operating pedal 11 from the outside and pivoted in a longitudinally rotatable manner in a pivot section of the simple operating pedal 11.
