PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baffle fin device and a vessel equipped with it having no influence upon the propelling performance and capable of reducing the varying pressure generated by a propeller and reducing the influence of the varying pressure upon the hull vibration. SOLUTION: The baffle fin device 11 is structured so that a left and a right fin 13 extended from the front till the upper position of the propeller 9 are installed in the lower part of the stern, wherein the fins 13 are arranged so that the mutual spacing is narrower in their tails than the forefront, and the vessel bottom shape is allowed to exist in all spacing portions.
