PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of preventing a seat belt buckle from becoming an obstacle when a table or an auxiliary seat stored under a seat cushion is developed or stored. SOLUTION: In this seat belt device, a table or the auxiliary seat is developed from a stored state to a use state by rotating about a hinge shaft of a hinge installed at the side of the seat in the forward rotated and erected state of the seat cushion. The seat belt buckle is mounted on the same side surface as the hinge shaft, and when the seat cushion is brought into a seated state, the seat belt buckle is installed on a floor always in an erected state. The seat buckle is automatically tilted as the seat cushion is rotated forward, and automatically erected to the use state as the seat cushion is rotated to a seated state.
