PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently move heavy loads such as concrete columns from the top of a freight car by using a crane. SOLUTION: A plurality of moving stands 50 are pivoted on the carrier 4 of the freight car 2 movably in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the carrier 4 between the approximately center part of the carrier 4 and the position of the carrier 4 projected to the side. The movable stands 50 are linked to a drive device and driven by the drive device. The heavy loads 86 such as the concrete columns on the moving stands are moved from a position just below a line above the freight car 2 to the side of the line by the movement of the moving stands 50, and the unloading by the crane is performed at the moving position.
