PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact motion tool having a sock absorber with a simple and inexpensive constitution for easily determining the proper thickness of a shock absorbing member. SOLUTION: This hand held impact motion tool has a casing 2 of boring two handle installing holes in an upper part, a cylindrical shock absorbing member 6 fixedly arranged in the respective handle installing holes, two handles 4A and B installed in the shock absorbing member 6, and a bolt 8 for installing the handles 4A and B in the shock absorbing member 6 by projecting from one end of the handles 4A and B. A part 22 of the casing 2 bored with one handle installing hole, is detachably installed in a part of the casing 2 bored with the other handle installing hole. A head of the bolt 8 exists in a position for regulating further rocking of the handles 4A and B by contacting with each other when the handles 4A and B rock. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
