PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water, easily maintained at low cost. SOLUTION: In this device, carbon dioxide gas is supplied from a carbon dioxide gas cylinder 2 into an enclosed highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water tank 1, and the carbon dioxide gas is sucked into the suction side of a pump 3 by a carbon dioxide gas intake pipe 4 having an opening in a space for the carbon dioxide gas in the enclosed highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water tank 1 and forced to contact the water sucked by the pump 3, thereby producing the highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water. The device has a structure capable of minimizing the consumption of the carbon dioxide gas by means of sucking in repetition the carbon dioxide gas naturally separated from the highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water inside the tank 1 through the carbon dioxide gas intake pipe 4. Further, at the tip end of a pump outlet pipe 5, a capillary tube type discharge nozzle 6 is provided for the purpose of producing further highly concentrated carbon dioxide gas water.
