ORGANIC WASTE TREATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating organic waste by using a methane fermentation product of organic waste as a diluting liquid of the organic waste which is raw material without water treatment. SOLUTION: The method for continuously treating organic waste comprises a process (a) of supplying organic material included in the organic waste to equipment for decomposing the organic material (decomposition equipment) by means of a raw material supply pump, a process (b) of decomposing the organic material by the use of ultra-high-temperature anaerobic solubilizing bacteria under an anaerobic atmosphere of 60°C or more in the decomposition equipment, a process (c) of supplying the decomposed material obtained in the process (b) to methane fermentation equipment, a process (d) of subjecting the decomposed material to methane fermentation under the anaerobic atmosphere in the methane fermentation equipment and a process (e) of returning at least one part of the methane fermentation product obtained in the process (d) from the decomposition equipment to the upstream side.
