<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus or the like capable of preventing the erroneous determination of a particular original and suppressing a load for the discrimination processing of the particular original without the need for limiting a recording position of a particular image such as a stamp or the like representing that an original is the particular original. <P>SOLUTION: A flowchart for representing steps of original read processing of the image processing apparatus includes: a step S3 of reading an image from one processing object side of the original in parallel with a step S4 of reading an image of the opposite side; steps S9 to S11 of detecting the imprinting of the particular original such as the stamp or the like into the other side of the original on the basis of the image of the opposite side to discriminate whether or not the original is the particular original; and a step S13 of carrying out the limitation or the like (inhibit, encryption of image data, and password setting or the like) of the output processing of the designated processing object side image (image forming on recording paper, and the transmission or the like of the image to the designated destination) on the basis of the result of the discrimination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
