<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan planning device which decides an introducing order after creating an optimum lot size which satisfies constraint of a production line, and also satisfies the appointed date of delivery in a manufacturing industry such as automotive parts suppliers which have strong delivery constraints. <P>SOLUTION: An operation section which generates a production plan is constituted so as to set up lot collecting conditions by using order information and lot collecting conditions stored in a storage, inputs the order information, and creates a delivery date scheduling for a manufacturing process in which a lot size determination process and production timeof day allocation of the determined lot size are simultaneously performed by adding one or more single lots (however, a single lot or below constituting a lot unit) which constitute a lot unit in a lot unit for each lot in the form of retracing timeof day on the basis of delivery timeof day of the lot to be produced by the production facility concerned using the order information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
