<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material supply-amount control system allowing setting of a suitable shipment amount when raw material is shipped to a supply destination of the raw material, and to provide its method. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 100 extracts chemical solution of which inventory is less based on data recorded on a chemical solution managing DB 120. When order unit amount set for each client is shipped, the management server 100 determines whether or not the load amount of a shipping means (for example, a truck) is within a predetermined range. When it is determined that the load amount is within the predetermined range, shipping contents are determined based on the load amount. When it is determined that the load amount is lower than the lower limit of the predetermined range, the additional shipping amount of the extracted chemical solution of which inventory is less is adjusted so that the load amount is within the predetermined range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
