PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stick ceramic layers with each other without shift of the layer without conducting a heat lamination in manufacturing a multilayer ceramic which comprises laminated non-calcined ceramic films having conductor path and interface connections. SOLUTION: A non-calcined adhesive ceramic film 1 is manufactured by coating a gluing layer 20 on a support film, coating a muddy ceramic on the gluing layer, drying to form a non-calcined ceramic film 10, and separating the non-calcined ceramic film from the support with the gluing layer kept attached. The multilayer ceramic is manufactured from a number of the non-calcined adhesive ceramic films, to which the conductor paths and/or the interface connections are arranged.
