PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing laminate unit for laminated ceramic electronic component by which the deformation and breakage of a green ceramic sheet can be prevented and, at the same time, the soaking of a solvent contained in electrode paste into the green ceramic sheet can be prevented. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing laminate unit for laminated ceramic electronic component includes a step of forming the green ceramic sheet 2 containing a dielectric material on the surface of a first supporting sheet 1; a step of forming a release layer 5 on the surface of a second supporting sheet 4; and a step of forming electrode layers 6 on the surface of the releasable layer 5 in a prescribed pattern, and, at the same time, forming spacer layers 7 containing a dielectric material having a composition which is substantially equal to that of the dielectric material contained in the green ceramic sheet in a complementary pattern to the pattern of the electrode layers 6. The method also includes a step of forming an adhesive layer 10 containing a dielectric material having a composition which is substantially equal to that of the dielectric material contained in the green ceramic sheet on the surface of a third supporting sheet.
