PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transfer method capable of transferring a high-resolution printing pattern onto a surface of a formed body having irregularities and a curved surface thereon. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic transfer method, a transfer sheet includes a polyvinyl alcohol polymer film and a printing layer formed on it; the sheet is floated on the face of an aqueous solution with the printing layer being on the upper side; and then, the formed body is imposed on the solution surface, thereby transferring the printing layer to the formed body. In this method, the surface tension of the aqueous solution is 45 mN/m or less, and the extension ratio of the transfer sheet upon transfer is 1.30 or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
