PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for efficiently removing aminic compounds from a liquefied petroleum gas by using a porous adsorbent. SOLUTION: The apparatus is an apparatus for removing aminic compounds from a liquefied petroleum gas by using a porous adsorbent, wherein the porous adsorbent carries an acidic substance and moisture. In one embodiment of the apparatus, the acidic substance is at least one member selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid.
