PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply for controlling the r.p.m. of a cooling motor depending on the state of a load without increasing the size of components or loss. SOLUTION: Since the oscillation frequency of a self-excited oscillation circuit varies depending on a current being fed from a switching power supply 1 to a load 2, an F/V converter 3 outputs a voltage corresponding to the oscillation frequency. When that voltage is supplied, an applying voltage control circuit 4 supplies a cooling fan motor 5 with an inversely proportional applying voltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
