PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and system, and a program for controlling them in which any terminal device in a plurality of terminal devices present on a network can reflect another terminal device on the network only with predetermined information (e.g. address data) managed by a user having an access authority, when the predetermined information is updated in said any terminal device. SOLUTION: On the basis of the collation between account information added to address data including the account information at the side of a terminal device 1a and account information of the terminal device 1a stored in an account management table 120 in an account collation part 115 of an administrative server 100, the address data added with account information common to the both are extracted (S25, S26).
