PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter capable of stabilizing an attenuation effect of unwanted radiation noise caused by a ferrite core. SOLUTION: In the noise filter including a ferrite core (11) around which a cable (12) is wound, and a case (13) covering the outer periphery of the ferrite core, the ferrite core includes: a through hole (15) which extends in the lengthwise direction of the ferrite core and is formed so that a length in one direction on a cross section orthogonal to the lengthwise direction becomes shorter than a length in a direction orthogonal to the one direction, and through which the cable is passed, and a groove (14) which is formed at a position in one direction relative to the through hole on the outer periphery of the ferrite core, and is abutted with the cable.
