PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display which can dispense with washing of a liquid crystal cell and a magazine after liquid crystal injection. SOLUTION: An oblong cell unit 1 is prepared wherein a plurality of liquid crystal cells 2 are connected in a line, communicating parts 3 for injecting the liquid crystal are formed at the connection parts of adjacent liquid crystal cells 2 in the line direction by a sealing pattern 4, a dummy part 5 is provided in a position adjacent to a prescribed liquid crystal cell 2 disposed at one end in the line direction, and a liquid crystal injection port 6 is formed at a corner part of the dummy part 5 so as to communicate with the prescribed liquid crystal cell 2. The liquid crystal is injected into the plurality of liquid crystal cells 2 by immersing the liquid crystal injection port 6 of the dummy part 5 in a liquid crystal vessel 10 in an inclined state of the cell unit 1 so that the prescribed cell 2 comes on the lower side.
