PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel excellent in strength, tearing resistance and humidity resistance and capable of providing a satisfactory image quality with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In this panel, a protective layer 12 consisting of a nano-structure control film in which several thousands layers are laminated in one thin film with a thickness per layer of several nm to several tens nm is adhered to a phosphor layer 11 composed of a photostimulable phosphor through an adhesive layer 14.
