PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of problems resulting from increase in temperature of a rear surface of a heater 16 in a heating device of a film heating system using a metal film (belt) as a moving member 20. SOLUTION: A width WM of a nip part M formed between the moving member 20 and the heater 16 is narrower than a width WN of a nip part N formed between a pressing member 22 and the moving member 20 because the moving member 20 is pressed to the heater by the pressing member 22, and the width WM of the nip part M is formed to be the same as or wider than a width Wb of a line-like heating element 16b of the heater 16. Thereby, the heat supplied from the heating element 16b is efficiently transferred to the moving member 20 to prevent damage of components of the heating device and slip caused by increase in torque by using the heating device.
