PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container which prevents dew condensation after being taken out of a cool preservation environment. SOLUTION: The pouch container comprises a bag body 2 having welds that are welded by heat, and outer packaging films 3, which are superimposed at least on front/back faces 21 of the bag body 2 and have respective inner surface sealant layers. A plurality of spaced cutouts 5 are formed on the welds 2a of the bag body, and both inner surfaces of the counter outer packaging films 3 are welded together by heat through the cutouts 5 to form outer packaging welds 3a, via which the outer packaging films 3 are attached to the bag body 2.
