PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for rear-end collision of a vehicle capable of avoiding a multi-collision occurrence when the vehicle encounters a rear-end collision as much as possible. SOLUTION: The control device for rear-end collision of the vehicle is equipped with a vehicle speed sensor 7 to sense the running speed of the vehicle, a rear-end collision sensing part 4 to sense a rear-end collision made by a following vehicle, a brake control means (collision judging part 5 and forced brake device 6) to receive a sensing signal from the vehicle speed sensor 7 and a sensing signal from the rear-end collision sensing part 4 and apply brakes to the wheels upon judging that a rear-end collision is made by the following vehicle when the running speed of the vehicle is low (for example, 5 km/h or below) or zero, and an alarm indication device 8 to emit an alarm when the brake control means actuates brakes.
