PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift handle device lifting a handle while preventing it from suddenly dropping. SOLUTION: The lift handle device 4 is equipped with a vertically movable handle support rod 7 which is vertically inserted in a carrying device body 3, and the handle 5 mounted to an upper end part of the handle support rod 7. The lift handle device is provided with a vertically extended elastic body 14 where the handle support rod 7 slidably contacts to the one side surface of an elevator shaft of the handle support rod 7 in the carrying device body 3.
