PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge at least a part of air from a brake device by utilizing a working fluid accumulated in an accumulator. SOLUTION: The working fluid discharged from a pump 66 is accumulated in the accumulator 70 in a pressurized state. The accumulator 70 is connected to the suction side connection part 73 of the pump 66 through a return passage 74, and a relief valve 76 opened/closed by turning on/off current is installed in the return passage 74. When air discharge permission conditions are fulfilled, the relief valve 76 is brought into an open state, the pump 66 is operated, and pressure increasing/decreasing linear valves 150 to 153 and 160 to 163 are brought into an open state. The working fluid in the accumulator 70 is pumped up by the pump 66, and the discharged working fluid is circulated in a unit 40 and supplied to a reservoir 54 through a pressure reducing valve.
