PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit capable of preventing both a travel system transmission mechanism and a PTO system transmission mechanism from being positioned at the lateral center part of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This pump unit comprises an input shaft operably connected to a drive source, first and second pump shafts operably connected to the input shaft, first and second hydraulic pump bodies driven by the first and second pump shafts, a housing supporting the input shaft and the first and second pump shafts and storing the first and second hydraulic pump bodies, and a PTO device stored in the housing. The PTO device comprises a PTO shaft supported on the housing so as to be positioned approximately parallel with the input shaft. The housing supports the input shaft and the PTO shaft so that the input shaft can be disposed at the approximately lateral center part of the vehicle and the PTO shaft can be disposed displaceably to the lateral one side of the vehicle with reference to the input shaft.
