PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material with an anti-skid contrivance which shows a significant anti-skid effect and outstanding durability and economy. SOLUTION: This material with an anti-skid contrivance has a skin composed of a thermoplastic elastomer formed over the entire base. The material of the base is not defined but various kinds of materials such as a resin, wood or paper can be used.
