The invention relates to a device (10) for depositing cardboard cuts in stacks, comprising a feeding device (17) and a stacking device which is mounted downstream of the feeding device (17) in the direction of feed. The stacking device comprises a lifting conveyor (24) for adapting the height of the feeding device (17) to the height of the stack. The feeding device (17) is provided with a pressing device (42) for defining a continuous gap (43) for impinging the cardboard cuts (12) passing through the continuous gap with pressure. The pressing device (42) can be adjusted as one unit together with the feeding device (17) by means of the lifting conveyor (24). |
