<p>The invention relates to an aqueous-based preparation for applying to the skin or cutaneous appendages. Said preparation contains a mixture of at least two aqueous dispersions of film-forming polymers, one of which is a polyurethane-based polymer and the other is an acrylate-based polymer, in addition to optionally conventional constituents. Said composition has a viscosity of between 0.02 and 3.8 Pa, measured at 25 ¦C and with 200 s-1.</p> |
