PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure both the sealing property and coupling strength of an encoder 4 with respect to a slinger 3. SOLUTION: From among a rotating cylinder part 12 and a rotating circular ring part 13 which constitute the slinger 3, the part with which tip edges of seal lips 11a to 11c come into sliding contact is formed as a smooth surface with about 0.3 Ra, and the sealing property is ensured. The part which is coupled to the encoder 4, however, is formed as a rough surface of about 1.0 to 1.5 Ra, and the coupling strength is endured. |
