<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent commitment of a simple mistake when inputting sensory inspection/metering data by every spot in a portable data processor as circulat ing and monitoring sensory inspection/measuring spots on production processes by an observer. SOLUTION: Barcodes d3, d7 are attached to the sensory inspection/metering spots in the vicinity of main equipment on the production processes. The observer to circulate and monitor on a monitoring route reads the barcodes d3, d7 by a barcode reader q of the portable data processor p. Input guide display corresponding to the sensory inspection/metering items to be expressed by the read barcodes is displayed on a display screen p2 of the same device q. A releasing means of storage blocking of the sensory inspection/measuring data of the device q selectively releases the storage blocking only when the observer inputs the sensory inspection/metering data corresponding to preset reference inspection/measuring items to the device q according to the input guide display.</p> |
