The embodiment of this invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows: 1. The system consists of "Metal Main Member" which is reinforced and hangs over an outside wall of the building. The "Main Member" has attached by pins or bolts a "Second Metal Member", which has attached to 3 brackets which hold the 2 x 6 guardrails. 3. The system can be expanded and lengthened by adding a number "Main Member" and "Second Member" and guardrails.
