PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anε-caprolactam polymer molded product in whose whole body a filler is homogeneously dispersed, and to provide a method for producing the molded product. SOLUTION: This method for producing anε-caprolactam polymer molded product containing a filler comprises a process for heating a mixture ofε- caprolactam polymer withε-caprolactam at a temperature above the melting point of theε-caprolactam to obtain the homogeneous solution of both the components, a process for adding the filler to the homogeneous solution or preliminarily adding the filler to the mixture, and a process for injecting the obtained homogeneously filler-dispersed mixture into a mold and then leaving the injected mixture under conditions for polymerizing theε-caprolactam. |
